About Bobby Giancola
Bobby grew up in Brevard County, Florida, on the barrier island of Satellite Beach. Atlantic Ocean to the east, Indian River to the west. Most weekends were spent on the water wakeboarding, surfing, and fishing, and a life around boats felt inevitable.
Before yachting, Bobby’s first calling was service. After witnessing a fire at a young age, he set his sights on becoming a firefighter/EMT and went on to spend 10 years in the fire department, building the calm decision making, attention to detail, and people first mindset that still define how he works today.
From there, he began a new chapter: traveling the world on superyachts. He started aboard a 150’ Christensen and, over the next decade, logged global experience supporting high-net-worth owners and A-list guests on yachts up to 300’. Along the way, he also worked with a yacht management company, gaining hands-on perspective across charter operations, maintenance planning, and the day-to-day realities of running complex vessels.
Now as Sales Director at High Seas Yachting, Bobby brings that operational background to every client relationship with a simple approach: know your mission. He focuses on how you actually plan to use the yacht, your preferences, priorities, and non-negotiables so he can guide you to the right boat (and the right deal) with clarity and confidence.
Why list your boat with Bobby at High Seas Yachting?
Because visibility and execution sell yachts.
Bobby pairs high-touch service with modern marketing, creating detailed, story-driven video walkthroughs and distributing them across High Seas Yachting channels and his own social platforms, totaling 200,000+ followers.
That reach is amplified by the relationships he’s built over the last 11 years in the yachting industry, helping your listing get in front of the right buyers, captains, managers, and decision-makers fast.
Just as important, Bobby goes beyond “paper comps.” He brings boots-on-the-ground market intelligence—tangible data, real-time feedback from showings, and a clear understanding of the competitive landscape, so your yacht is priced strategically from day one to drive urgency, generate offers, and ultimately sell for the best money in the fastest reasonable time.
